If you want to, but you will have to cut some metal out near the hood prop. I'm not so sure that you are willing to do that.
No matter what you do(CAI or WAI) find a way to hook up the PCV tube to the air intake. The little breathers work, but you can smell oil fumes at a stop light. You really need to have the IAC in the tube too. Last I checked the Styluss WAI's only had one hole, that could have changed. My Styluss 3100 CAI has a place for the IAC and the PVC tube.

yep. CAI is allowed in switzerland. But it mustn't exceed the allowed loudness limit. you need to get the car inspected and this can be expensive.
