Hell, I'm pleasantly surprised that the only GTU and INDY submitted ended up winning. I was worried for a while!

Honestly, I was let down by a few of the pictures this year. You don't just snap a quick pic on the roadside and that is it. You have to take a bunch with different angles and backgrounds and then see which ones stand out. Some of the submissions were taken quickly with no thought to the overall picture. I ended up swapping out my favorite because it looked so grainy compared to the other submissions (5mp != 14mp). I have a folder full of them, and picked another cleaner couple shots. Maybe we should have a sticky for next year on "how to take that awesome shot", I'm sure we have enough people with photo skills.

Hey I always take pics of the Indy. This was my fact I liked the one I posted to the Facebook page but the wheels were dirty that was just a test shot but I like my Indy pic. My boss is going to buy a Calender to put in our office. I wish the trees would have been full. But Hey that's Michigan for ya.
