U have a service manual? It's a pretty simple issue, with a simple fix, it's just a PITA to do. Get a ohm meter and start tracig the power and ground circuits.

The problem with the fuel system was it kept just nuking fpr's like it was nothing.

You did check the fuse on the firewall under the hood too, right?

Normal fuse. It should be bolted down next to the relays on the firewall. It has a case it snaps out of.

I was looking on the computer today at school and it was saying that there is a ecm harness ground on the firewall somewhere. anybody know where its at?

I have a few, there is one right above the brake booster, and there is also a bunch on a set of wires over by the drivers side fender, but IIRC thats for the Light harness.

I had that problem at first.
Thought it was that damn BCM. Turns out it was a stray ground from a ground block on the 3400 harness.
I have all data diagrams for the 00 alero and 99 GA if there is something I may be able to help with.

I will PM you login info.
Just looked up some of your posts.
My entire Beretta is wired as a 99 GA.
For the dash to read correctly I modified the GA IC to fit the GTZ.

I have no idea whether this might be your problem, but thought I would offer it. I had a similar prob on my 92 GTZ after some work to replace the dimmer switch. I had the column dropped and all the wiring wrapped around it & everything else it seemed. After putting everyting back together I couldn't get the car to start. Starter would crank no prob. Lights worked. All fuses were OK. Thought it was a spark prob. Search in vain for a long time convinced that there was a spark prob. I took the driver side hush panel and knee bolster back out. Seems that somehow I managed to pull a single power wire (the one to the cluster and PCM) out of the side of the ignition switch. After pushing the connector back into the side of the ignition switch the cluster powered right up and the car started.
