E-brake gauge light

E-brake gauge light

Sup yall , this is been buggin me for a while now. My brake light on the gauge cluster is stuck on most of the time but sometimes goes away for a while - is there a switch under the e-brake handle or would this be something in the ebrake cable/assembly?

Check your brake fluid ASAP, the light isn't just for the e-brake.
