Filler panel question...
Okay, just something I have been wondering, do the black filler panels have the weird inside plastic the clear ones do? I do not know what it is called but it is the stuff inside the clear ones that make them look neat, and I'm assuming to make it resemble wrap around taillights.
Also, second question. I have seen people one here refer to solid, tinted and black fillers, are there actually tinted ones? Or is that just what some people call the solid black ones?

Re: Filler panel question...
From what I have seen and have bought, there are only two kinds. Clear and Solid. Tinted only happens if they were tinted either by a dealer or later/aftermarket. The set I was working to make will look as dark as the tail lights do, as if it was tinted, but it won't be. They will be clear. The way I plan to rework the back will make them darker by comparison. hehe
One of these years. I have so many projects I want/need to do, and too many other things keep getting in the way. But anyway.

Re: Filler panel question...
DTMAce is correct. There are only two styles. The black fillers = solid fillers = "tinted" fillers. Just different terms for the same thing. I believe that solid fillers is the most used term. But yes, you can tint the clear fillers and then they would be referred to as tinted fillers.
The solid fillers do not have anything inside them. They weight literally nearly half as much as the clear fillers.
