Strut tower brace?
I was just wondering if the strut tower brace that can be used for a beretta came factory on cavaliers?? or if you have to order one. if they did could someone give me the years and types of cavies... i also have to replace my struts on my 96 base. i want a more aggressive suspension. what direction should i go without killing my wallet... will the "sport suspension struts" bolt right up even if you didnt have that option?? any help would be great thanx.

This stuff is all over the board so all you need to do is search for it. And you cane ither order s trut brace or do what most people do is get one of a junked cavy.

you can get one off of a junked cavy but it must be off the 92-94 cavys. I made the mistake and got one off a 89 cavy and it doesn't fit. as far as the more aggressive suspension goes i don't know if fe3 struts will fit fe2 or fe1. I know for sure fe7 struts won't fit. definitely search the forums for some info.

All of the suspension options will bolt up to your car. If you want to use FE7 struts then you use the FE7 swaybar with them.

And get some better springs. FE3 is nice. Without them you still won't handle that great. Don't forget new strut mounts with your struts. (if you get poping noise, add a large washer below the nut on the top, mine was doing that and turns out it ran out of threads on the strut shaft and had play).
STBrace rocks with the FE3 or stiffer. Makes your car a whole new animal. Good rear sway bar is a must too.
Oh yeah and you'll need different wheels/tires if you have 14" right now. I run those in the winter and the handling is crap. Summer I run 16" wheels so sidewall is not as tall, and doesn't wobble/roll under. Plus it's wider tire and it's stretched flat against the road with the 7" wide wheels.
