Im in the process of purchasing few items to complete my 3400 intake swap
So far i only bought the -Upper/lower metal gaskets
but in the process in purchasing
-3400 throttle body (or possibly aftermarket..but where?)
-aftermarket WAI
-I want to buy intake spacers (but not sure if i should though)
but the real questions..is there anything i should considered buying while the intakes are off (any performance parts or suggestions?)

I did a 3400 upper and lower intake on my '95 Z-26 a few years ago. I tapped the water-pipe outlet on the rear of the lower for the Z's heater-core line, I think I used a 3/4" NPT tap, but I can't recall for sure. Doing that will save you some headache later, unless you already have plumbing figured out for it.
There is a reason why we use air filters to keep crud out of our engines. I don't believe any of the 3400 EGRs are compatible with the Beretta wiring-harnesses, so blocking-off the EGR ports are the simplest way to proceed, but you will get a MIL, and might have emissions check issues.
Aside from that, I have no suggestions. Good luck, have fun. The performance difference should be noticeable -it was on my Z.
Did you swap in the roller rockers? If not, you may have to 'clearance' the lower manifold about 1/16"-3/32" over each rocker arm -the pivot-ball rockers are taller than the roller-base J-code 3100 or E-code 3400 engines...
EGR is another matter -I recommend ditching it if at all possible, they do more harm than good on an engine that will take 100k miles or more before rebuilding...There is a reason why we use air filters to keep crud out of our engines. i definitely consider the first suggestions..and for the rockers..i got a refirbrished motor..so i dont think that will be necessary lol..but thanks for the input!!

I think it is just referred to as the heater inlet pipe, GM probably has another name for it, like heater supply line, or some such. Mine was retained from the original 3100 'M' code in my Z-26. Generally, I like as much of my stuff as possible to be plug-and-play.
The outlet part pictured above that screws into the manifold is called something like 'the upper heater supply quick disconnect fitting' or just 'heater hose inlet fitting at engine'. I don't recall where I got that, if I actually saved one from an engine (they usually break), or if I bought an after-market replacement. Dorman makes one, no worse than the OEM junk... Most auto-parts stores should have them available, or Rock Auto sells it for $5, part # 800401.

Im having trouble getting this part.. Maybe its how im describing it... My motor is a 3. 4 lumina apv.. The thing that goes into the bottom of the intake manifold.. Where does it goes/goes into from the lower intake manifold?
I brought the silver part that shows in the picture, and my mechanic says i don't need it?

If I am thinking along the same line... To heater core at firewall. When you see it and realize it, you'll likely assume what else will need to be done.

That's because they don't exist on the 3.4's... this is a part that you would tap the lower intake to accept the style that the beretta used so you can re-use the same pipe that was there and not have to modify one to fit like I did.
The 3.4L engines had a pipe that was just slipped in there with an o-ring on it.
