EGR Problem

Does anyone have a great suggestion for cleaning out the EGR port into the manifold.  I replaced the EGR valve and still get a SES at about 60 mph.  Code says EGR problem.  (It's a 3100 engine)

theres the right way and then there's the wrong way you could pull the whole manifold off and scrape it out out or you could get the motor running and slowly scratch away at just the opening maybe using a cleaner and let it work through the motor.  Take a guess at which is which oh and iff you pull it off make sure put in good gaskets on the manifold also check your hose
