sounds like a coil went out. Do you smell raw fuel coming from the exhaust? There are pleanty of explinations of how to test the coil

Well like it only does it under a heavy load i.e. floorin it but if you take it real easy to start it won't do it. I replaced the O2 like a week ago.

Sounds like a miss to me. I would check fuel pressure and plugs/wires as Berettaspeed suggested. Since it only does it when floor boarded, I would almost say one or more of your cylinders is getting flooded out or fuel starved. Not the O2 though as it's bypassed under WOT. GL.

Wires are like a few months like 2-3. Guess what happened this morning...

I went out to get in my car to go to school start it up, put it in D rolls back. Didn't engage Drive so I had to drive my parents car to school. Then when I got home started it up, put in D, Engaged FINE and drove off. I was mad as a bat out of hell this morning. I threw some new trans fluid in it and it seems to help. I'll have to see tomorrow.

Hmmm...with that little piece of info, I now believe your tranny to be the source of your troubles. I wonder if you have some slippage issues or if it was just low on fluid... Time to call the trans experts. (Yells for Fastlane , LuckyMC , and 3400modified). Ask these guys, a tranny man I'm not for the most part.

1989 2.8/3t-40

It worked fine today. Weird. But oh well, glad it doesn't need a new one.
