I will end this thread here, BUT, before I do I will make a statement that will have some "yeahs' and some "neh's". I have heard both sides... off the board! I will say this. Stephanie is a female (obviously) and most of them like their cars, homes, etc. clean and neat, I know this because I have one that follows behind me throwing everything out. Regardless, there are a couple points here. 1) selling party never transfered the tracking number to the buying party. BUT, the buying party never requested the tracking number for their protection from the seller. 2) Neither party has control over the mail. 3) The seller has stepped up to the plate and is giving back the full purchase price, and taking a hit (loss) not only on the part itself, but the shipping costs aswell. 4) The seller has pointed out that they get a couple hundred contacts per day for parts. What most don't know, is that they are not only selling BERETTA parts, but other makes and models. The seller has apologized for the transportation companies error. 5) The seller offered up his phone number. Anyone can call information, and try to get a number, and will get it if it's listed.... the location info is listed in his profile and steph's. The buyer had his address, that is also a way to tell 411 info where to find the number. If the situation was that important even if you got the number to another Dethloff in chicago, they are probably related to Erich, and possibly given the phone number. 6) The mail bares the most fault here, although there should have been better communication. 7) There was an assumption made, that the cluster was received, since (1) it was sent out before the spoiler. (2) there was a message sent thanking the seller, and that was after the spoiler arrived, so you can understand where the assumption would have been made that the cluster was sent first and would have been delivered before the spoiler. Lastly, and Point #8) As I was writing this, there was a knock on the door, Fed-ex was delivering a rt interior door trim panel that Erich or Sheph shipped on wed or thursday, here it is sat morning. I did get a tracking number, which protects me and the seller. Now, in about an hour when I get it to the bodyshop, I will open the box and inspect the part for damage. Let's consider this matter closed and move on with our lives. Moral to the story, the buyer should always get a tracking number, and the seller should always be more attentitive about their communications! Thank you.    Judgement made, CASE CLOSED!!!!

I would like to leave feedback, I bought a cluster from Erich and yes it took a while before i got it and i had trouble reaching him, but it arrived and it was better than what i thought i was gonna get.  I also bought lower frame rails from him not too long ago and those arrived very quick.  Bottom line is i dont think Erich was out to screw you, things get lost in the mail and thats how it is.

I would also like to leave some feedback for Erich.  I have bought a muffler and numerous small items from him.  I have received all of them within a month, thats me sending payment out, him recieving it, packing it, and shipping it.  I would reccomend buying from him.  He is the only individual I have dealt with that I would even consider sending a considerable amount of cash to.  Every item I have bought from him has been either exactly the shape he described or better

I also got a bad deal from erich bought a full gauge cluster from him, installed them tach didnt work took me forever to get ahold of him to see about exchanging it.  Then when I did send it back he gave me the run around about he didnt have them then he said he was gonna swap the tach out of another cluster and all that BS.  So after that he said he was going to ship them out which all went good but after I had waited 1 1/2 months later they never came then he said he took alot of packages to be shipped of course he forgot mine even though he had them way before he had the stuff that needed shipped out.  Then he forgot the paper for fedex, it basically just became excuses so I couldnt get my gauges.  And I dont know how anyone do business with this guy.  I was surprised he refunded my money.  But from what berettaproject was telling me that he had to file a thing with paypal to get his money back.  So all in all the past 2 1/2 months trying to do business with an unorganized guy was a waste of my time and really pissed me off I suggest no one does business with him. But I know this will either get edited or deleted by someone so it doesnt really bother me I just hope I can voice out what I have went through so no one else goes throught the same hassle I did.  Oh yeah and to top it off I wasted my money buying indiglo gauges now that I dont have a full cluster to put them in. I'm out alot of money for something that is no use to me!  I'm sure one of you guys would be very angered about this.

Sorry for all the problems that you had with me.  We have been very busy since we are selling on ebay. We also went through a move about a month ago and are still in boxes(at least inventory).  I am not going to go into much depth on the situtation, but during our catching up we lost track of a lot of things.  We keep switching between FedEX and UPS services. When we made those sales that was when we were dead.

92BerettaProject:   The information I had at the time was that your cluster was shipped.  I had a 95 cluster configured to work in your car with the mileage set.  When you decided to get your money back and filed the claim it was obvious that you did not want to do business...regardless of the situtation.  You chose to accept the spoiler and did not say a thing about that.   The transaction cost me money when you back out like that.  We don't have to do business again, but i know you recieved a nice spoiler.

Jim Holman:   I accepted the cluster back that did not work out for you.  There was a logical attempt to make the deal work.   I am sure someone with clusters will cough one up for you.   You have no idea how close you were to getting the cluster sent out...actually took me more effort not to send it to you in the end.

We have a lot of parts to get out of way.  I have 2 storage area's of parts actually most of which were offered for a more than reasonable price last month on the 2 boards.    Selling between Beretta.net and Bstuff.com is a joke we have people who get confused to what is going on and what is available.   I do have quite a bit of parts but i am venturing off into other cars.

I know a handful of people who are not satisified with how I do business.   I have more people who are satisfied...or more than satisfied and want more.    I am not the cheapest, but Stephanie and I do try to get the best quality Beretta parts out there with the resources that we have.    3+ Weeks is excessive but its over you have your money back.   There would be more appologies if i actually cheated you, sold you garbage.

Whatever you guys think Stephanie and I work a lot on this.   I hope to not have our situation worse than I have of places like Mantapart, RKsport, or even GMpartsdirect.com where it has taken months in some cases.  Give me a break, we are available to you on this board, in email, and AIM.   We sell to 2 of the 20 Registered Beretta owners in Germany, this is NOT including Adam(NVMYGTZ).   We have competition for the quick easy money parts from parts here and ebay but we do maintain a lot of those small odds and ends that break or are missing.

Rather than start another argument which would waste my time and lose my focus, I read some of your comments all along here in the past week.  Thanks for the input.

These forums are not here for bashing, they are for Feedback. You have crossed the line from leaving negative feedback to bashing. Do it again, and you won't be able to post again.

This is a friendly reminder to ALL MEMBERS. Hopefully you will all think twice before bashing sellers/buyers.

A few months back I got a transmission, and clutch setup off of Erich and everything went fine.  He even helped me with the installation via AIM. So its not as if they're inaccessible. I would recommend him to anyone.

Erich and Steph are great people. I Have dealt with them on various occasions to which no avail they have screwed me over. Being good friends with Erich has got me alot of good deals.

If some of you would give him a shot I am sure you will see that not only will his service be profound in numerous ways, but that his products will outshine the service!

I bought some Z26 exhaust tips from him, and got them in just a few days.  And yes, they definately outshined the old stock tips.

As always, Erich comes through. Very quickly too.  I've ordered from him in the past [door panels, dashboard, wiring, etc]. I recently ordered a light up trunk button, and I received in a very timely manner.  Thumbs up as usual! But you should expect this, as it is Erich, master of the Beretta [and junkyard] world.

Ack! Sorry about that Bryan. I thought we were doing individual reviews. I forgot that we're combining them. My bad man!
