bad temp controls

it seems to be that the knobs on my temp panel are bad because when i want to select where i want the air to come from it only comes out of the front vents the defroster wont work either. does anyone know what other, if any, other GM vehicles had the same control panel as a 95 Z26?

If the air comes out the same place no matter where you have the knob you most likely have a broken vacuum line. The most common spot is around the battery. The corrosion from around the battery eats away at the plastic.
