Re: Official Itinerary
As noted in my reply to the yahoo group, I think this Dragway visit on Thursday will hurt attendance at least for that aspect of the event. Not many want to show up Thursday and then attempt to race or even can show up Thursday, some might have planned to come Friday to just make the dragway even, Obviously going on the proposed Itinerary, which I know is not set in stone... but its the same way that the event has gone for multiple years.
I'm also bummed about that for personal reasons.

Re: Official Itinerary
Thursday at the track IS going to hurt attendance IMHO.
It's now off my calendar.

Re: Official BerettaFest 2009 Itinerary
Hello all,
With just a short week until Bfest officially begins, I'd like to announce a change in the itinerary! We had a little trouble securing the Hendrick tour, but as luck provides we got a contact at Richard Petty Motorsports (http://richardpettymotorsports.com)that has invited us to tour the shop where they build the cars for the Sprint Cup! This is in addition to the museum and gift shop that is just across the street! We will be touring the shop at 2pm on friday, so plan on departing the hotel about an hour before that at 1pm. This change will be reflected on the website soon, and will be in the itinerary in your registration packets.
Good luck everyone getting cars ready! I'll be leaving tomorrow, so I'll see you all in Charlotte!

Yea, Cliff and I are driving down early. Cliff is hanging with Geoff, and Amanda and I are visiting family for the beginning part of the week. Makes for even more hectic preparations if you leave early!!!

Hey Cliff... remove Geoff's Vette calipers quietly one night, and I'll be there Tuesday night, I'll roll the car to the house so I don't wake him, and then we can swap his for my Camaro ones.

Hahaha... Now I'm glad I only have the 11" brakes on the car instead of the Victory Red powdercoated C6 calipers and black powdercoated bracketsI have. They were low-mileage take-offs I got from the someone on the CorvetteForum.

I was gonna get vette ones but I found the Camaro ones with brackets for $55 on ebay... hard to pass up that deal, since my application I needed the camaro brackets anyways.Cliff8928 wrote:Hahaha...
