Indy fuse/electrical problem

Alright so I have a '90 indy yellow with an auto tranny. I have this lovely little problem with I think it's fuse #11 (might be #14). It's the one that has my "dinger", stereo (kinda), and interior lights on it. It keeps blowing. I used to just keeping replacing it, but that got expensive so I have just go with out. I had to replace the heater core a few months ago, thus had a good portion of the dash open. I checked all the wiring in it as well as pulled the stereo and found no signs of a short or anything. Getting very irritated by lack of music while driving. The stereo half works. It turns on and the volume goes up and down, but the display doesn't work nor does it tune into any station. Does anyone have any ideas what so ever? I'm lacking a fuse box diagram.
