local US Body cowl hood
It's the lightweight pin-on version and I'd rather have the heavy duty... but it's not a bad price ($250). It's painted Med Adriatic blue and has holes for the hood pins already. I can probably get the guy to come down on it some.
Has anyone used the lightweight version?

I wonder what it would take to make it work with the hinges and latch. Well at least the hinges.
It's probably do-able if someone is good with fiberglass and uses a couple of metal plates.

I think its just the fact that there is no structure below the hood... Mine has like a frame of fiberglass under it, there is no metal in it that I know of. I'm sure someone would be able to get it to work but it may be a pain.

I used FUSOR101EZ to glue the stock metal frame to the Fiberglass Ram Air hood I got from My91GT(Z).
