shocks.. (pic included)

Post by retta »

well i bought this beretta not long ago..the seller said that the wheel hub bearing hade to be changed on the passenger side..Today i lifted up the car a little..it didnt lift from the ground.. (i thought id take the wheel off but i couldnt get the lug nuts away) anyhow..i looked inside the wheelhouse..

and let me just say that im not in no way especially good with cars..anyhow

i looked into the wheelhouse,,and it was like the blade you see on the pic is rubbing against the tyre???
Is it even possible or does it just look that way because ive lifted the car up a bit?

It is close, but shouldn't be touching. U can put the car in neutral and turn the tire to make sure it dosent rub

It will be fine, the shaft inside moves. The space that is there doesn't change. If it was touching there would be rub marks on the splash shield(blade).

What size tires are on your car? Looks fine, but those tires look tall.
