1) My fuel regulator went bad about two months ago, I didn't catch until I noticed my lifter started tapping and now they will not stop. Any Help!!!!

2) My car started missing about two weeks ago. I have checked for vacuum leaks, changed the plugs and checked wires. please help!

coil pack, or ecu. That would be the next place I'd look

Run thicker oil.. it calls for 5w30 then run 10w30 u could even run fleet oil 15w40. but i dont recomend it.. also use a oil stableizer like Lucus Oil stablizer.
it will take a few oil changes to make it better an get all the fuel reminits out..
