How do you replace the tcc soleniod?

How do you change that soleniod? Is it hard? Is it even worth changing, or just leave it unplugged forever?

It is not that hard--remove the side cover from the trans, and it is on the top from part behind the side cover. A new one will cost about 40$, and the gasket about 15$. YOu will lose a little fluid when you remove the cover so have a drain pan handy. you have to pull the wheel, inner fender splash shield, a/f box, and I forget if you have to move the trans mount of not--has been awhile since I did one.
