Re: I need help...please
First fix is replace your temp sensor, there is one located right at the thermostat, and then there is a second one back in the rear cylinder head.
I'm assuming your sensor at the thermostat is bad hence the no fan, and flooding issue, it defaults to -40* for coolant temp when it gets no reading and that will run really rich. As far as the dash gauge, that is supposed to be run off the second sensor on the back head, but I would try to replace the first one and see if that maybe fixes the other issue.
I would check your connections at your alternator for the battery light flashing and also have the battery itself tested if you haven't done so already. The hazzard flasher is a silver cylinder that is located on the courtesy module which is right near the steering column, remove the lower dash cover right above your feet with three screws going up into the dash and one nut just above where the gas pedal is, twist out the light bulb and get that pannel out of the way, and then there should be three screws on the plastic part of the dash that is directly in front of your knees, take those out and you shoud now see the courtesy module to the left side of the column.

Battery light when on the gas does not mean that your injectors are shot, but more the possibility of having an issue with the alternator not charging when it spins faster... I'm not positive on that though since it does seem somewhat of an odd problem.
Injectors don't throw codes either, you would get a skip or missfire code before anything else.

could be an o2 sensor.. those things go all the time.. my 1989 gt went through one and the same things were happening as when i drove it as what you have been experiencing

The battery light flashing in and out , especially while ON the throttle , is a sure fire indication of a bad alternator almost EVERY time. Get it tested, but pull it OUT and get it tested. AZ's "in car tester" is a JOKE. Their in store tester is MUCH more efficient.
The CTS will definitely cause the rich syndrome and no fan syndrome. Jon is correct.
Also he is correct on the courtesy module.
Good luck and welcome to the community!
