thats one of my old friends car. his brother has been driving it since he went to the military. i might go look at it, its the perfect donor for my swap which helps

barry, if all goes as planned, like it never does, i might be able to help you in that transmission search...also, text me and ask me about the junkyard in rdg. if you want to go on a little road trip, theres some stuff there id like to get, or for someone to get.

It makes perfect sense, If you want the looks of the 5-speed GTZ but with a V6, It would be easier to swap in a V6 rather than going and cutting and welding new trans mounts.speedy wrote:

the problem is the quad guys have never been in a built 3500 5 speed.
anywho, its not too bad of a car. it'd be a great daily, but not something id consider putting any money in. its way too rusty for my taste.
