If im calculating it right it should be about 35k /yr. But with a massive opportunity to move up.

MUCH more than my retail job from before.

How can that be IT Admin if there is massive opportunity to move up... Tyically if you were a network technician I could understand the opportunity, but at least where I am Admin is as high as I can go, and only other stop is Manager position where I would stop doing the work.
