ASC power moonroof

Post by 88_GTU »

Just wondering if anyone knows which model # was used back in 88-89 by C&C? I'd like to try to find one of the original ones for my GTU.

Thanks!

I may replace my flip up with a power one. Maybe after I finish kitchen additions this year.

That ASC must be tiny..i had never seed an inside slide back model in a Beretta. Most are lift outs for clearance.

I don't think it's that small, it takes up a good portion of the roof. maybe 35-40%. at least normal size in comparison to other moon-roofs I've seen, so I'm not too sure, but it lets the sunshine quite nicely. :D I'll measure it later, see what size the glass is.

My 91 has a slide in power moonroof as well, and its actually bigger by about 7% than the stock manual sunroof. Going off my piss poor memory. But my car has a custom headliner which probably hides the guts pretty well.

yeah mine, doesn't have a board backed headliner and I've never seen it with one. The cloth I believe is being held up by many velcro strips. When I first saw the car in 92, it didn't have any headliner whatsoever, then sometime in it's life my dad put up the current one.
