factory tach
factory tach
this is in a circle track car.
It took a pretty big hit on the passenger side at Winchester a month ago.....finally got the suspension fixed and when I cruised it up and down the driveway to test stuff and set the brakes I noticed the tach was not working?
Any ideas on where to start?

I can take a guess, and that would be that you will have to take the dash apart. I would say that the tach is hung up on something or the motor has been knocked out, or out of line. I wouldn't think the car would idle if nothing was going to the computer( if you could get a scan tool you could see if that is right). I'm sure you have thought of this also.
