94 GT? No such thing. And yours is cammed? so you have a 3100 with a cam regrind or one of the new ones that just came out?
If it indeed is a 94 with 3100, then the dealer just put on the GT stickers.
Oh yeah, BTW there is no such thing as a 97 beretta too!

Anyways, it could be a number of things. What do you mean wiggles? It could be a blown strut/shock, bad strut mount, bad tire, tie rod, bent control arm, busted/bad wheel bearing...

If it's indeed a 94 I garuentee your rear control arm bushing (the veritcal one) is busted and probably makes a noise when you hit bumps. I've rebuilt my drives side one twice. The passenger one hasn't failed yet though.

To do this, take the control arm off, carefully seperating the ball joint from the strut knuckle. Then cut out the bushing (it may fall out) and take a hax-saw and cut out the metal ring in the control arm. Then sand/dremel out the rust. Take the new bushing and a bench-vise and press one side at a time workign around it in circles until it slowly goes all the way in flush. Then re-install. This is cheapest and doesn't take much time. A new bushing is like 15 bucks or less, versus buying a whole new control arm which is like at least 80bucks or more I think. A new control arm does come with a ball joint I belive installed so you may wish to go that route especially if the arm is damaged.

Just something to check that is common on lots of GM cars 94+

well it looks like a gt and has all the parts of a gt susp, motor, wheels,  body, interier, an the codes say it is so lead me  to believe it is.. its got a genII 3100 with a crane ground cam..  as it could be just stickers??
like i say these are left over 93 turned to a 94 an the 96
turned to 97..
it is a 94 title and the other a 97 they cant be wrong!!!!
but enough who cares anyway!!

no the strut is new so is the wheel bearing.  tried on other car and is fine. tires dont matter i tried different ones but the wide i go the the better it gets.. i think its a 60 or 55..
i pry on the arm bushings with a bar = little to no play they do squeak a little though.  the vertical does have a little clunk in it..

ive replaced many vertical bushings for the clunking in berettas an corsicas an simular ones in grand ams but usualy for the bumps or squeaking.  i havnt seen one for a wiggly front end kinda wiggles the steering a bit.  the faster you go the more the wiggle..
the ball joint does have a 1/8 of play so i will be replacing it..  also the tie rods also have a little play to
think all the play an slop is causing the wiggles???
thanks

ah, ok so you have a 93 gt with the 3.1 MPFI motor. The sticker on the car will tell the real date it was made... But that doesn't matter for the suspension anyways so:

If the tie-rods have play then yes it could cause wiggle as if it can move back and forth, then it's like if you were jerking the steering wheel back and forth, causing the tires to move back and forth through the turn.

Replace the worn tie-rod ends and ball-joint and report back..

If it doesn't cure it totally, then I would bet strongly that it's the strut-mounts worn out. Pop the hood and have someone look at them while you turn the wheel back and forth. If the center nut/bolt is moving all over the place then the rubber in them is worn out and causing play allowing the strut to wallow around.

Keep us informed...
