does anyone know if a garage or anything like thatt would be able to flash a pcm in a 96 beretta i've heard the 3400 swap is alot better with your pcm flashed and since im going five speed its almost a must i dont want to go out and buy the programer because well, i've never used one and dont want to be pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. also i put a 95 ob1.5 cluster in my car and of course the tach doesnt work so im stuck i read on here somewhere you can run an extra wire to the dash and it'll work correctly??? any ideas would be appreciated.... or if anyone has a 96 cluster with tach and wants to part with it. that'ld be nice to...

no, a garage wont. you need to buy a DHP and know what your doing cause you can screw it up pretty bad with one.
