Almost done!
almost got it all set up I need to pick up the manifold from the welder next week, cut some bolts to length, new gaskets, size up a belt and the vaccuum lines, and put everything together. Oh and cut a giant hole in my hood. So far I milled the old throttle neck off the plenum and made plugs for it,that allowed me to mount the whole intake to a mill and resurface the top of it as well as cut a square whole in the top. Then i made a .5 inch Aluminim Mic6 adapter plate for the GS Eaton M90and that mates up with the hole in the manifold. I'm still using the old throttle body for now so i had to drill the front of the eaton a bit to make it fit. Tunning is acomplished via a vortech unit and new SS gas line where the black flex is. The vaccuum system is being split into two, one for devices and the other for sensors. The PCV, Brake Booster, and vaccuum solenoids are all getting connected between the throtle blade and the screw which always sees vaccuum, and the sensors are staying manifold fed. New IAT sensor goes where the brake booster line used to. Also there is a chrome heatshield style (with all the holes) cover that will make it look good up through the hood until i make a larger hood out of F-Glass. Custom burned chip to come down the road.

Get a ford 3.8 supercharger, move the radiator out where the condensor was, mount the s/c where the a/c compressor was, and pipe it to a FMIC, and then to the TB.
Intercooled, and no hole in the hood FTW!

Well the manifold is at the welder's right now but when i get it back i'll try. I already thought oh putting it where the A/C was i even deleted it but i dont want to do it that way. Besides i like the old school through the roof mentality. the car will probably get painted flat black with red pinstriping/blower and in gothic on the bumper say "BLOW ME" just to to piss off my nieghbors (that and i love the pun). Also i have intercooler plans but i'll let those out when i get there.

Xactly it's from a 99 regal GS. It's harder than you think all the different plugs plates and holes took about a month and a half to machine not to mention the fuel system (ugh the one thing i wish i didn't have to do) that took another month replacing the components that wouldn't work right. I have to split the vaccuum system into 2 and use all new taps for the new pressure and flow locations. Not to mention guages needed to moniter it all and a new belt lenght math and cable brakets cuz they don't work. You need to know a really good welder who works for cheap (6-7 hours of free labor) $55 for all the tungsten filler and gas $60 for the plate of alluminum for adapter and oh about another $1.5 Grand on everything else. P.S. I'm working on some pics

don't think the ford one is that easy there buddy it's actually a good bit of work you're going to need to machine mounting brakets that while place the pulley directly inline with the serpintine belt out of billet that can handle the horsepower supplied to the supercharger you will probablly even have to come up with a rear mount too. Then you need to come up with air pipe adaptors for the supercharger, custom bent intake pipes, intercooler brakets, you may even need to move the radiator forward for space(goodbye a/c). It's easily going to be a pain.

Oh and i forgot to say that i got it done finally but i'm having tune issues and i'm awaiting some parts that will fix the situationi'm still trying to figure out pictures but i will definitly get them up here maybe after my exams in a week posibly sooner.  Other than the fuel ratio being way the hell off everything is working ok and i'm getting around 5 psi need to get used to scrapping burnt rubber off the paint during carwashes now though
does anybody know if i can run a 2 bar MAP, threaded IAT sensor, and stock TGP memcal in my car to help with the tunning procedure because it's much easier to tune that chip for boost. Also Does anyone know what size the TGP injectors are?
