you would need 2000+ (for best performance) 3100 heads, upper intake, lower intake, TB, beretta 3100 throttle cables, etc.

Top end swap you need heads on up. 3400 stuff will work or 2000+ 3100 (94-99 3100 is small port stuff and less power)
You will also need custom length pushrods. www.domesticcrew.com and www.60degreev6.com search and read up.....

Im pretty sure the 3400 heads have to large of a chamber to seal on a 2.8, thats why I said 2000+ 3100.

3400 and 2000+ 3100 heads are the same.
It's the 3500 heads that won't work on a 2.8/3.1/3100 bore.
