1996 Z26: Gas Tank replacement

Looking for feedback from anyone who has purchased an aftermarket gas tank. Seeking recommendations and warnings to stay away from.

I bought one on RockAuto.com for less than 100 shipped. Worked perfectly. I did also buy new straps to go with it. It was their cheapest at that time. I did clean the outside and paint it black to make it last a bit longer.

I got one from my uncles shop a while ago when I did mine on my 95... Only difference I saw is the plastic baffles in a stock tank were not present in the tank I bought. I got lucky and my 96 was in good shape so I kept the stock tank in there for now.

Where are you located? I have a good shape 1994 tank that will fit yours.
