OBD2 tuning needed in SW PA

So i did the harness swap/fix ect and bought a dhp tuner, but i still need someone to tune my car because i have no knowledge on how to do so and basicly want nothing to do with it.

I am in SW pa, does anyone know of any shops that do this around 15666?

and what is the best/proper way to get the best performance through tuning?
