I was going to say the same thing. If it's only 20 years old then it's from the 90's. Not vintage or worth more than scrap probably.

Not much you can change easily with that hydro trans. If it was a belt trans I would say swap some pullies, lock the diff, lower it, and have some fun drifting in the lawn

it looks like it's an 1980's model, likely mid '80's
4th one's a charm, 5th one is, beginnning to sound like this is an addiction...

I actually found out it was manufactured around 1978 ish.

Racing it sounds fun, but its probably expensive too.
I have a 20 some year old MTD-1846 with a V-Twin engine that goes really fast for a stock mower and would be a better racing choice. But that is like new and has about 20 more years of life left in it.

I been trying to find a mowing deck to fit it, maybe something universal, but no luck so far.
I found one that was close, but 300 dollars is a lot for a used deck.

I guess it seems old to me. Lol
Thanks for the links, maybe when I have more money and time I can look for tractor racing options.
