Not a 91, it has the wrong dash, seats, rims, and tail lights.

It's a 90.

Correct! Also it's a 1990 due to the fact that they didn't make LTZ's in 1991, 90 was the last year. It's also a 3.1 V6, not a 4 cyl as the ad states. All LTZ's were V6's! You could get them with the 3 speed automatic or Getrag 282 5 speed though...

1990's were the only year LTZ with the 3.1

1990 LTZ's were the only year with the GTZ interior.

LTZ's were only made from 1989-1990.
