Re: Where do these wires go?
The service manuals are awesome. They definitely cover way more than the Chilton or Hayes manuals. Those wires went to the A/C. The reason I couldn't find them is that they were broken off right at the plug. I decided to do a bit more testing, so I pulled the fuel filter and it seemed fine, a tad di...

Re: Where do these wires go?
Me either! That's why I wasn't sure it was the injectors or not. Went out today, jacked the car up. I took quite a few pictures and followed the routes of the wires. The wires from 2 of the injectors (the other 2 use Blue wires) match the color of the wires coming out by the alternator. The symptoms...

Re: Where do these wires go?
Thanks so much. What kind of book is that diagram out of? That sure beats the hell out of the ones in the Chilton and Hayes manuals! So, now I gotta jack her up and see if I can find where in the hell those wires busted on the way to the PCM, before they hit the firewall.
Will keep you guys updated.

Re: New to Beretta.net, but not to Berettas.
The paint on the Z is nothing special haha. More like a 10 foot paint job. Any closer and it looks like crap. Someone already dinged the hood, so I have to fix a chip there. I bought the base that way. The base is special. It has a salvaged title because it was in a horrible accident and was later o...

Re: New to Beretta.net, but not to Berettas.
Thanks for the welcome guys! I'm up here in Southern Minnesota. Bought the white Z about a year back. Nothing but problems since! I originally bought it because the yellow one blew a head gasket, but I ended up doing the head gasket on both about a month later.

New to Beretta.net, but not to Berettas.
Been a lurker a long time. My usual postings were on Bstuff, but I recently switched. Love Berettas, and definitely love the community here. I own: '94 2.2 Base '94 3.1 Z26 '80 Camaro Berlinetta I've started restoring each of them slowly. The Z26 needs much less work than the other two. For the base...

Re: Where do these wires go?
Hmm, I'm getting spark, but not fuel. I can hear the pump buzz every time I turn the key, so I don't 'believe' it's the pump. It will only start with starting spray, and will die as soon as I touch the gas. I followed the wires around, but it makes no sense. The green one seems to be going to the in...

Re: Car Running hot???
I agree with modified. It sounds like your sensor is functioning correctly now, but your thermostat is taking too long to open up. You can test this by boiling or microwaving water to about 180 degrees and dropping the thermostat in. It should start opening right away. I went through 2 before I got ...

Re: Car Running hot???
It could be a bad sensor. Why was the sensor replaced, since you mentioned it never went above the half mark before?

Where do these wires go?
Okay, i'm stumped. This is my '94 2.2L daily driver. I was driving it home from work one night, in about a foot and a half of snow when it just crapped out on me. It would crank and crank and crank, but wouldn't start. After getting it towed back to my garage and letting the snow melt, I decided to ...

Electrical Problem...
Thanks a ton guys. It was the 16 gauge fusible link coming off of the starter that was the culprit. I also fried a relay under the hood on the passenger's side. 35$ later she was running as if nothing ever happened. An hour later the alarm/keyless entry/remote start system was installed. I have lear...

Electrical Problem...
First off, the car is a 1994 Beretta Base with a 2.2L engine. Now to the fun part. I was installing a remote start/keyless entry into the 'retta. Everything was going okay until I got to tapping into the ignition wires (Pink, Yellow, Redx2) I was doing fine with the install and I was onto tapping in...
