No start, fire and fuel

88 gt with 2.8 L I have tried new and used injectors.  Checked and they spray.  Have good spark on all cylinders.  Tried starting fluid and still won't start.  Get back blast out of throttle (poof!).  Checked the firing order (OK).  Still no start.  Running out of ideas, could this be a jumped chain?  any other ideas???

Could be a jumped chain. Is the top end turning? If you have good spark from the coils, check them by removing the two plug wires from a coil and crank. The spark should be able to jump the towers. Check all three coils. If they check out... verify valve timing.

Figured it out, the dang thing was being rather stubborn and the crankshaft sensor was intermittent.
