There are screws on the rails of the front seats. Take them out, move the seat froward and lift up. There is a notch so that the rollers can leave the rail. Oh by the way those screws are torx. As for the rear there are two bolts on the lower seat(just behind the front seats). The upper part just pulls out. You have to lift up because they sit on tabs.

Sadly I can't remember it off hand. Like a 15 or something. Just have 2 screws to remove that are mounted at the front of each rail that block the nylon wheel at the front of the seat. As for the lower bolts, they are going to be either reverse torx or 10mm most likely. Usually you want the whole assembly to go with the seats. And if the rails are worth a crap, pull those and put them with the seats as well.

I think the rear bolts are 13mm. For the front it's T30(just checked). I bought a small Lisle set. It comes with an attachment to put a bit on a 1/4 drive extension which is very helpful for the screws near the console. Trust me, it makes the work much more easy. If your going to work on GM cars it's a must to have a good Torx set.

so, the top part of the back seats in my car doesnt just come off after you lift from the tabs... the pillars where the seatbelts are mounted also hold the thing together.. I need an answer very very very soon, the car is junked as of tomorrow morning at 8am sharp.

my question is, whats the size of the seatbelt mount star torx bolts (large sized too) that hold the top part of the back seat in place on the bottom underneath the sitting part of the backseat?

47, no joke. It's hard to find. I had to buy another larger Lisle set just to get it.
The seat should just pull up. Pull the seat belts out of the way.

Why were those interfering? I never had to remove the belts to get the seats out.. That just sounds odd.... Or do his belts mount different than the 94?
