Removing brake rotor?

What size is the bolt in order to remove the brake rotor? I dont have a set of tools to try one by one (friend of mine owes me a favor lol)

remove tire and remove caliper with 3/8 hex head socket.

Yeah, we dont have rotor retaing bolts or caliper brackets holding us back. Just pull the caliper off and your good to go

I believe my 89 caliper bolts are Torx, T-50 if memory serves me. Remove the dust caps and use a mirror to see what you have.

His car is a 96, so that wouldn't apply.

This does apply... Some aftermarket companies use torx, some use hex for replacements, same as the factory using both kinds! The only way to know is too look! I usually just reach around the tire and jam my finger in the bolt for a few seconds then look at what shape indent is in my finger! lol
