Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
Why do you guys get rid of F-body brakes?! At least keep the N-body stuff on there.

They don't know the awesomeness behind a set of badass brakes.
I'll sacrifice the launching ability and take the increase in rotating mass purely for the added safety factor of being able to stop like a boss. Time after time, after time, after time...

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
So being able to stop better on the street didn't influence your decision? That's where I like mine best. It's such an added level of safety. As long as I'm paying attention, the car is that much more capable of avoiding an accident.MY91GT(Z) wrote:I wasnt all that impressed when I driving it but I dont do much autcross or high speed driving to need them im lucky I make it to the track once a yr since sports for my kids absorb alotta time.

Re: 1996 Mr.Pink
we all have different opinions and im not much of last minute hard stopper to have to worry bout it either but this car is so light and not quite as powerful to need that big of brakes either I have bought slotted rotors and best pads I can buy so Im sure I will be good. bigger is not always better and I dont want to flood jon thread about this either so im done talking bout it. sorry again jon
